I have a set of Nizpro 110s in my car and the injectors are well within capability at 440 rwkW. The 110s are the biggest Nizpro did it at the time.In the earlier days, they used Nizpro 60s (I think) but they ran out of flow around 340-350 rwkW. To give you some idea the 110s are about 910 cc/min, the 968s are about 440 cc/min and won't be able to support over 350 rwkW and have sufficient headroom (aka safety). Also wrt drilling the injector, it's not done by Nizpro themselves. A specialist modifies the injector using a precision drilling technique and then checks the injectors for flow match (across the set of 6) and the spray pattern. Sure atomisation will be effected, but when you after big numbers you can't expect not to sacrifice some economy and emissions.CheersRobin. turbotrana Member 2,586 Member For: 22y 2m 26d Gender: Male Posted 22/07/06 02:21 PM Share Posted 22/07/06 02:21 PM You can get very fine drill bits that go up in very small increments from most larger hobby stores. I reckon this is all they use to drill the injectors in some sort of jig. Cant see any other way its done. Probably quite easy to do also.
