Im thinking about croming my fuel rail at the moment.

What polish do you use on you induction pipes? my headers are coated and they've gone dull.

Never stop Envi your set up and ones like it push the rest of us.

The stock inlet on the manifold is 72mm leaving a 1.5mm step at the opening after the fitting of the over size throttle body. So its off now to be ground out to 75mm to match the over size throttle body.

Don't expect much of a gain in power after the grinding out of the inlet but I am expecting a little extra responce.

After this mod the only better intake I can think of would be a Nizpro intake.

Will keep you all posted with the results.

How are you going to go about getting the extra clearence on the manifold, with a couple of bas*ard files? or with a small rotory grinding tool? im very interested in doing this too as I have bought the bigger throttle body.

that's art work there dico2020, untill you've had a go at this type of work you'd never know just what hard it is. My hats off to anyone who makes a crust from polishing. Well done.

Im doing another couple of jobs now and may have a AU rocket cover and uper intake for sale soon as well as a rocket cover and upper intake for a BA. These parts will be the very best I can do so if your up for it take a look at the pics on the first post and PM me I can build to spec.
