I can't tell you how upset we all are..Yes we have insurance but it really is beside the point..It was a smash and grab and no cars where taken. They took 2 of our mechanics complete tool box's and cleaned out 5 other tool boxes mainly Snap-on spanners, ratchets tension wrench's etc. They also took one of our Scanners.

The worse thing they took was the radiator out of a car we where working on "MRHDT" which is a Summernats top 20 car. The radiator is a one-off custom built unit that had the fans still attached and -20 fittings and is completely polished with MRHDT embossed in the top. The owner had come down from NSW for us to tune the car and we had problems with the balancer and had the radiator out while we repaired it. It was the only part they took and must have decided it looked shinny and grabbed it on there way out..

See its not about the money..What sh*ts me is that tools are a mechanics way of making a living and all of our mechanics have saved hard and built there tool box's up over years, most have had them since they where apprentices..to have someone come and just steel them to make a few quick bucks is just f*cked up..:flamin:

In MRHDT Case this car is his pride and joy and has taken him 8 years to biuld as the radiator is embossed they will most likely be unable to sell it and dump it or destroy it  it's just not right..

that's why we are offering this reward we are prepared to pay to make them pay..:flamin: 

I want these f*ckers to be found and pay for what they have done..

Needless to say we have just upgraded our Security system further to stop this from happening again....!

That is just crap!

Good on HP-F for putting up their hard earned to try and make the pricks pay!

Hopefully they are caught and made to feel the full brunt of the law and the displeasure of the wider modified car community!
