February 28, 201412 yr #11 Yeah is one reason I have not unjammed the stuck CD. I can see it in the stacker but not sure how to get it out because its all enclosed.
February 28, 201412 yr #12 Hold the volume control button in for 5 second's. (Might be the one on the steering wheel....) have another look it's in there not sure of the page number it's a sleep mode or some such. What a helpful chap...I wonder where he went....
February 28, 201412 yr #13 all these not well known button sequences. I'm gonna try this anyway. I think my ICC LCD issue was due to massive vibrations due to farrrked engine mounts which I had replaced yesterdy
March 4, 201412 yr #14 Tried the LCD blanking switch (hold in PWR button till hear beep and the LCD blanks). But that is not my issue. It looks like it as my whole LCD is OFF but not the issue. In fact it confused me for a while as I'd lost count of the toggles and was not sure if I'd left it OFF or ON when the LCD was blank. Anyway, after I take the ICC out maybe this weekend or next weekend - I'll check for any loose connectors. If none - it might be a time to buy a replacement ICC and whilst I'm at it - will get one where the 6 stacker fkn works Hope they are not too expensive
March 4, 201412 yr #16 Thanks Adam.Read you have to reprogram the new ICC as well. Or keep the same BEM module. eBay has them for $70 right up to unbelievable prices
March 4, 201412 yr #17 I just swapped the bits over and it worked fine. Didn't need any programming. I have read of people having issues though.
March 4, 201412 yr #18 Gary, just buy a know good ICC and swap the screen over. takes all of 1/2 an hour. Screen is plug and play.
March 4, 201412 yr #19 It's more than just the screen. His first post mentions some of the functions don't work.
