You're right D was going to be early Jan (after 4 month wait for unconditional loan approval ) but I got permission from the vendor to move the settlement back one fortnight to be on the safe side after an unexpected surprise from Wankbest

I'm in MV, USA would be far more bombed though!

Yeah every body is getting pretty xcited, so much shopping & so little time in Vegas just 5 days have a little bucket list happening but wont make it thru all of it but you have to start somewhere.... Mark has been scoping the golf places.

Shame that rubber/rims are so bulky, xchange rate is pretty good at the minute.
