Hey guys got my hands on some beefed up conrods and a bigger turbo for my ute.

Its making 300rwkw and i want to go 600rwkw+ so i think a bigger turbo and conrods would be required.

i put a normal spray paint can next to the so u can see go BIG they are.

i also put a tape measure in front of the turbo inlet so u can see how big it is.

its a bit hard to read cause i took the pictures with my phone but the compressor wheel is over three inches in diameter...

what do u guys reckon?/

Where did you buy those conrods.... International Harvester?

Just putting six of those in your ute is going to bottom out the suspension! ...... they look just a tad long for the task ......

I would be picking those rods are heaps stronger than yours Brian, Only problem is you might need 2 starter motors to get the engine turning over.

Yeah might be a very tight fit... just a tad big.

thanks for the input guys. i'l proly fit an air starter to it to get the whole lot spining and when im not draging it i can always tow a b double road trains......
