I'm talking about a Joe Average type person, not an athlete. Any Doctors or Nutritionalists on the forum?

Also the body more readily absorbs some vitamins than others..... so taking a supplement where there are no problems may actually cause a vitamin deficiency.Just eat a proper diet of real food and no McCrap.

Your body will become dependant on them and your immune system will grow weak and 1 day you won't take your vitams and you're gunna feel it.

Posted 16/10/05 07:14 PM Posted 16/10/05 07:14 PM YCL is spot on, the body absorbs vitamins from fresh food much more readily than from pills. They're diatery "Suppliments" not diatery requirements.
