It's not just the launch either, otherwise we'd see plenty of 11 sec manuals with the power some of the guys are putting out. 4th gear ( stock ratios ) also crosses the line way too late in the rev range to be good for drag racing.. Haven't taken it to the track as yet, don't want the auto to fail.
