August 27, 200521 yr #1 How Tough are the diffs in the T s? I have seen lots on the mods and the auto but not a lot on the diffs.
August 27, 200521 yr #2 I’m doing 270rwkw with a modified auto in my Ute and haven’t had an issue with the diff, but the utes seem to be a tougher then the sedansI do know of some people that have blown diffs in Utes and sedans, but there was a problem to begin with.Haven't seen or herd of mods options for the diffs!Micksta

August 28, 200521 yr #6 cool just got a T ute this week mk 1 with 28000ks and the diff whines like a old ej. Back to Ford I think<{POST_SNAPBACK}>that's standard....
August 28, 200521 yr #8 Diffs are pretty strong I believe.Geea is still running the standard diff and he has made 100's of runs at calder
August 29, 200521 yr #9 Diffs apart form the whine are pretty strong. It's the splines and CV's that are the weakest link, but you have alot more to worry about for they give up the ghost. 350+rwkw
August 29, 200521 yr #10 rooted mine with 258 rwkw and I know of another vehicle with around the 300 mark. Without any excessive abuse I may add. Probably just a dodgy batch as I have not read of any going since
