JOINT STATE CRUISE TO BATHURST

Attention one and all from all states. The following information is for those members wishing to get together for the Bathurst 1000.

Day 1 – Thursday 6th October 2005

Arrive and settle in at accommodation in Bathurst.

Evening

Meet and Greet!

Dinner and drinks at accommodation

Day 2 - Friday 7th October 2005

CRUISE

Lead by Cro

Meet 9.30 at accommodation

Depart 10.00

Head to Jenolan Caves arriving at 11.00 am

Cave tour

Cruise to next town for lunch

Cruise the route of East Coast Targa

Arrive back at accommodation approx 5.00pm

Evening

Post Mortem Cruise

Dinner and drinks

Prayer Time – FORD WILL WIN – LOL

Day 3 – Saturday 8th October

Full day at Mt Panorama

Evening

Dinner and drinks

Day 4 – Sunday 9th October

THE BIG RACE – GO FORD

Full day at the track

Evening

Celebration of Fords BIG Win

Dinner and drinks either at the track or back at the Unit.

Day 5 – 10th October 2005

Morning

Leisurely recovering

Lunch time onwards

Cruise and sight see the local area

Eg Bathurst town and Rockleigh

Evening

Dinner and drinks

Day 6 – 11th October 2005

The fun is over

Time to head home back to reality

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

The property is 30km from Bathurst on the same side as Mt Panorama so the trip to the track would be 25mins. The house is located close to the road so there are no gates or dirt roads to navigate. There is plenty parking for up to 8 cars or more.

The accommodation in a unit we have on the place which is a loft style with 3 bedrooms, large living area and large kitchen, bathroom and laundry. It is fully furnished and very comfortable with a wood fire in the middle of the unit, it can get to zero temperatures in October.

There is room for 8 people comfortably and plenty of parking for cars also.

I am attaching photos of the unit. The minimum stay is 5 nights for minimum of 8 people and the rate is $100 per person per night including breakfast. Snacks and casseroles are also provided. If you require transport to Mount Panorama can be arranged at mutually agreed times.

A deposit of 40% is required to secure bookings.

Note: You will need to respond quickly to ensure a place.

ok I am goin to bathurst but am only doing a day trip down, there but am staying in dubbo maybe friday and sat nite and sunday nite

If you guys knew how much this chick rocks, there’d be a queue for miles. And not only do you get to spend a weekend with The Shazz, you also have the opportunity to meet the infamous Glennskies (with Jay Lo glasses and all).

Id love to be part of it........but unfortunately I'll be attending a Wedding in Tweed Heads (Yeah.....I know......Who gets Married on Bathurst weekend!!!!???!!!)
