Rather than dealing with the complexities of becoming a club and financial issues, getting incorporated etc.. why not use the spare funds to get someone to provide all the food and reimburse them and just donate the rest of the money to this forum since that's how we met anyway?I'm not sure if a full-on club will actually add any value to our current informal but fun arrangement.Just my thoughtsMark
