As we've discussed before, we live in the same area. Might be time for a change of dealer. Bit over the complete lack of interest, service or knowledge from the local dealer.

Ah yes, but the Ford ones have the special little slot in the box that mates up with the protrusing in the cavity. That way the box does not pull out when you withdraw a tissue. The ones in the supermarket don't seem to have that slot.

Now, that slot has to be worth a couple of $...... Not.
