I'm going for the fixed sign thingie, I lived in Orange for three years and there are more fixed signs there than any town I've ever seen. (and one way streets and dead ends ect ect...)

I think you probably did a burnout, making undue noise, after failing to come to a complete stop at a fixed traffic sign (which would also get you a neg driving charge) then failed to give way whilst speeding down the road with your fog lights on.
