Well I left Tullamarine at 11.30am Sun Morn and finally made it back to Perth on Tues night at 9.25pm.I had to send my other half home with Qantas as we found out Sat night her father took a negative health turn. I was very disappointed to miss out on the Marysville run with everyone, but pleased to meet Mercturbo, Rowlan and Peter fom APS. Please except my apologies for not being able to attend. I drove home alone at sensible speeds and got no radar or camera flashes during the entire trip, but I can say @ 220 kph when I sank the boot down in the middle of the Nullabor, with 263.9 rwkw the machine has no hesitation urgently hurrying to the speed limiter, absolutely bloody awesome, so it isn't only the Ts that benefit from the UNICHIP, also came home faster on average and the fuel usage dropped down from 12.6 ltrs per 100klm (there) to 11.2 ltrs per 100klm (back) so the chip will pay for itself pretty quickly in fuel savings. I spent yesterday recuperating from the drive home by cleaning up the Boss.Damage and wear report is as follows. 1. Stone chip in LH side of screen (already Novus fixed) $652. Inside wear to baldness point on both rear tyres 10000 klm since Pedders suspension fit, rear wheel alignment incorrect. $11403. Bugs, bugs, bugs and tar, despite car bra.4. Scratches on the lower front splitter. 5. Very Dirty undercar.6. 15000klm on the clock now, filthy oil on the dipstick, booked in for the 15k service, diff hat leak, a rattle under the front headlining and splitter scratches on Mon, brand new by wed. But I don't care really considering how the car goes and the amount of usable power it makes now.The GT is an absolutely fantastic touring car and performed faultlessly in all areas. Thanks for your time and help Peter and Co at APS. I got a real quick GT out of all this, had a good holiday and met some terrific people in Melbourne. Hope to see you all again soon.

Thanks Al & Scotty.Good drive home, a little lonely but then again, nobody nagging me to slow down.One thing I learned is that a woman finds it very hard to keep a relaxed face doing 250+ Ks, even when she's got her head stuck in a No Idea magazine while trying hard to look relaxed. Welcome back.And of course, in the section of the Nullabor you did the 220kph... that was the little know detour that goes though the south of the Northern Territory, isn't it? :lol: What have you down about the trashed tyres? Have Pedders come to the party?
