  1. Yer it's awesome just waiting on some new ignition coils before I go to hard as he said they were on there way out hopefully be here on thursday
  2. Yer I know what you mean and that's why I was going to go crows but cms is one of the best shops getting around and I know he wouldn't recommend to put something in a car if it wasn't %100
  3. Yer I was gonna get them but if I go with the ones Joe supplies I get warranty lol
  4. Yer I've heard the nizpro and plazmaman ones aren't the best. Joe uses the PM ones or something can't remember the exact name I think he said they are from some guy in Melbourne but I'm sure he wouldn't recommend them if they weren't good
  5. Yer I bet your pretty keen and yer the valve springs will be getting done and will probs do a turbo side 4 inch intake as well and get some e85 pumping through her but I'm still happy with how it goes atm and the way the truetrac powerskids is pretty fun
  6. Yer reasonably handy so all I would is some suitably cable and just extend the stock cables across to the other side? Is this all the kits do, wouldn't you lose voltage or something adding length to the cables?
  7. And what do you mean baxrtute when you say 80 you'd say I'd be right for another 20 thou. As in if it was at 80 thousand kms it would be good for another 20?
  8. Yer might just see how much money I can save up how much would I be looking at for a battery relo kit to put it on the passenger side and yer I'd have no problem making up a 4 inch turbo side will have a talk to Joe coz he said he could have pumped more boost into it with the current mods but he didn't like the noise the engine was making at 5800rpm when he turned the boost up more
  9. It's only a weekender at the moment. There's two in Canberra one is only 5 minutes away so that's not a problem. Why do you say do the oil more often being a weekender. Yer I got quoted roughly $1500 to do valve springs and an e85 tune so hopefully have a couple good weeks on the punt haha. And baxrtute it's at 130000
  10. So I would be better off using the bkr7e? Might just get them since that's what my tuner recommended will probs go back up for an e85 tune in a couple months. Is there any downsides other than fuel economy and e85 going off quicker? And would it be worth doing valve springs if I go to e85 in case the stock ones float?
  11. What difference would using a bkr7e make I know it's just a hotter plug would there be any downsides?
  12. And also Joe said the coils were on there way out and to do them urgently they've been ordered and was gonna do plus while I'm their Joe said not to worry about the iridiums and just go with a bkr7e and regap them to .7mm is it worth the extra money going to the bkr7eix and is there any difference besides the longer lifespan and if I got the iridiums can they be regapped to .7 coz I think they come .8 or are you not supposed to regap iridiums?
  13. Yer I'm going to make a 4inch turbo side intake with an airbox I'm a sheet metal worker so I'll make one up out stainless [emoji1303] and yer in all the excitement I forgot to ask for the dyno graph so I'll have to ask Joe to email it to me lol
  14. Joe put the hard yards in for me and got it done this morning picked it up goes hard couldn't really give it too much coz it started raining when I got into town. Got to 320rwkw and apparently the engine started "groaning" a little when he went over 16psi Joe was concerned about pushing it any further so that's a disappointing but he said it's safe at that level. Might end up going back for an e85 tune in the next couple months but it goes awesome ATM and pulls hard pretty happy with it and the truetrac is nice and quiet and smooth on the way home
  15. It's alright mate your not the only one, was supposed to pick my ute up tomorrow and just found out the haven't even gotten the diff back from the shop that was putting in the truetrac. Week ruined!!
  16. This is the same thing I've been getting "your gonna wrap it around a tree" and such. Everybody said it when I bought my ute as well and I've owned it for almost 3 years now and still have all my points lol
  17. How much is one of those worth so it just mounts to the back of the car similar to a reversing camera?
  18. Are they worth the $500+ price tag
  19. Yer my betting accounts were looking a bit sad last week but had a few good wins on the tennis this week. Been having a shocker with the NFL this year
  20. When I go to finally try this makers mark and there's bloody none left
  21. Dropped it off at cms today now just have to wait one more week to pick it up and be all done gonna be the longest week ever lol. Photo taken at servo before I left
  22. All good sorted another lift out [emoji2]
  23. Nobody happens to be driving from Sydney to Canberra or around that route tomorrow do they? Dropping my ute off at cms and my lift back to Canberra has pulled out on me [emoji36][emoji36][emoji24][emoji24]
  24. Yer are the electric ones more accurate or is mechanical better I understand electrical ones have more features like logging and stuff but is mechanical better if your just after a straight boost gauge. Well it's either having a wire or hose through the firewall no difference
