  5. Biz could also put an 'extra' blank line between text and pics. Easy to do, just hit the ↵ (enter or whatever it's called) key twice after text and same after pic That would fix the problem for computer users (Hint Hint)

  10. Jon's exact words when we were fitting the turbo were "Keep the engine bay totally stock looking" and besides swapping to pw cooler pipes, it is. Still have the unused nipple in the shed
  11. I shattered a cv a few months back and havesince replaced both shafts with Repco ones and neither have let go yet (YET) with 400kw. Larger shaft dia and larger cv's. As I have a mate at repco, for the price I paid for them I could replace them 10 times before they cost as much as the big hp ones. The big hp driveshaft shop jobbies need new hubs and bearings as well (coz 30 spline (I think) hub end instead of 28) so if you're thinki g of them make sure you factor in that extra expense
  12. If you don't want to drill and tap the front cover, grab one of these and fit it to the outlet silicon joiner and get it from http://proflow.com.au/catalog/502163 I bought one to use with my new GTX..76 but decided to drill and tap the cover and use the original nipple instead.

  18. If you have small 'girly' hands, it can be done without removing stuff but if like me and have large hands removing the battery/air filter box makes it easier on the FG The low beam globes are the ones closest to the radiator and are covered by a dust jacket. Remove that and then you will see a spring clip holding the bulb in place. Take note of how it fits so you put it back properly and unclip it. There are 2 lugs on the globe holder. Grab those with your hand and turn anti clockwise to free the holder..... it may be tight so use your muscles. With the globe holder free, remover the old globe and this is important now -- DO NOT touch the glass of the new globe with your fingers as the oil from your fingers will create a 'hot spot' on it and may shorten its life so use a cupla tissues to hold the globe and insert it into to holder. Refit everything in reverse of what you just did and your done Always a good idea to change both low beam globes at the same time.
