  1. Same It's great to see things work out so well. All the best Dave for you and your Family on your special day. Best wishes Regards Gary
  2. No Ross, get it right, Vixen, not Venom Hopefully my soon-to-be T will be Velocity, Mandarin or Citric. Hmm. For Velocity, Citric, Acid rush, Lightning strike, HgAg or any of the 'lighter' colours....etc. Under-swirled. Well here's hoping. Love my dark colours but hate swirl marks...lol. Looking for a far less troublesome colour this time around. Hmm, in saying that, haha, knowing me, I'll probably get Sillywet. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Come on Mate Join the Family We'll look after you Creepy
  3. I do have to agree with Don Cro, Silhouette all the way <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hey Boy's We will send the Family round to make them an offer they can't refuse. You non believers be very, very careful. The Dark Side Greepy
  4. I think that's a great idea, it gives the guys from down south a break and still keep the events in Coffs, Sat & Sun. So the people from Queensland can still come. I would only have to take half a day off Friday. Overnight Singleton (Frd) (Puty Road drive) Coffs Harbour (Sat) (Sun) optional (some people will drive home Sun evening or afternoon) If people wish they could go direct to Coffs if they have Friday off (Syd, Qld etc) If posible I would still like to try and leave Sydney for Singleton as early as we can. (up to the guys coming the the deep south) And Come on Queenslanders "Come on Down". Regards Gary
  5. Just a thought regards Gary Balmoral_Guest_House__Host_a_murder.doc
  6. You're looking at 10 hours drive, maybe 8 - 9 if you get lucky and tail someone. No way you'll be ready by 7am. You could always chuck a sickie <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yes I could, but Therese would have to as well ... if it goes ahead definitely for Coffs we will just have to decide closer to the time, maybe even on the Thurs prior if we both want to give up a day's work. Anyhow there isn't a lot of hands up yet so we'll just have to see how things pan out eh? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Like the rest of the guy's I will do what the majority want. Don,t forget Queenslanders are slooooow I even guess for the guy's from down south we could go up the Putty Road, meet the northeners and overnight at somewhere central. (eg the Central Coast, Terrigal, Bateau Bay etc, or Forster, Tuncurry, Nelson Bay) I guess we all don't to be stuffed from driving to far. Regards Gary
  7. Crisso has gone Red, I am still Blue, If he goes to Holden, Who gives a Poo. Creepy
  8. G/day mate Just a couple of off topic questions. If it's not rude how much was the supply and fit. Have you any pics. I'm thinking of coming to Melbourne at the end of the year for an Edit and tune and would like to get a boost gauge as well. I have read that HPF are very good. All the best Regards Gary

I saw on tonights WIN news that MG / Rover has gone under. Loss of 5000 jobs plus they said that people who have purchased their cars no longer have warranties. Should have brought Fords All the best Creepy

  13. Lumpy The itinery sounds great, some realy great drives. It would be great if the NSW/ACT guys could come up as a group, Gro are you going to come. It would be good if the guys that can't make Tassie (me) could come for a run. All the best Gary
  14. Lumpy The weekend after, 24, 25, 26 & 27th would be better for me as my wife has to work the previous weekend Regards Gary
  15. Lumpy Monday the 13th is a public holiday so would it be the weekend after, (17,18 & 19th) or the weeend of the 24, 25 & 26th. All the best Gary
  16. Well we have to travel to the "tropics" (Canberra will be -5 to 10 by then) So guy's "Come on Down" As far as prizes, watch this space. Regards Creepy
  17. Count me in Coff,s is a good half way point for the Sydney / Brissy guys. Lot's, to do as well. I took the T up in March and went for a run up the Waterfall way to the rainforrest near Dorrigo. Great run up the mountain and it only takes an hour from Coffs. Another good bypass on the way up is to take the Buckets Way through Stroud, Gloucester etc, great country roads. (adds about a bit over an hour to the trip, all tar) Just a thought, what about the June long weekend. I,m also a Yamba boy and went to high school at Maclean. Regards Creepy.
  18. Well Put the T in for a service Friday mentioned all OK except idle, did not mention I felt it was down on power. When I picked it up the service manager gave me his card and asked me to ring him when I got home. As I picked the car up the head mechanic said when he drove it he felt it was down on power, they found the turbo hose loose. It now goes like it should. Rang the service manager and told him of the difference. I believe this is a common problem To there credit their customer service is very good. Regards Creepy
  19. Hi Mate I believe they are the same, and I to want to edit but will wait till about 15000 (run in) but that is a personal choice as well as a financial one. All the best Regards Creepy
  20. I believe these reports are new (not shure though) The only reason is all the vehicles are the lastest models. Regards Gary
  21. Houndie Same here. I don't if 15000 is too long between oil changes on a T Regards Creepy
  22. Just read the Wheels 2005 Road Tests Annual and thought you might be interested in some brief results Blown away FPV F6 TYPHOON vs FPV GT vs HSV CLUBSPORT. "Pecking order? The Clubsport is third, owing to less communicative controls and its relative lack of on-road sophistication in such esteemed company. Both Fords deliver better driving dynamics and instill more trust at the limit. They also flatten the road's irregularities more convincingly than the HSV." FPV F6 TYPHOON 1st FPV GT very close 2nd HSV (who cares) Battle of the 6IXES Ford Falcon XR6 vs Expensive Daewoo Late model camira SV6 "That the XR6 manages to be this impressive without any major mechanical advances over the XT Falcon marks it as remarkable, able to hold it.s head high against Holden's latest technical onslaught." Falcon XR6 1st (again) Expensive Daewoo Late model camira SV6 (who cares) Domestic Science Ford Futura vs Expensive Daewoo Acclaim vs Mitsubishi Magna LS vs Toyota Avalon VXI vs Toyota Camry Ateva "If the bronze placing and also-rans were fairly predictable, the same can't be said of the top two spots - because we'd place Futura first by a very slim margin. It scores big-time for performance and comfort, while also kicking goals for fit, finish, interior presentation, accommodation, styling - you name it." Ford Futura 1st Expensive Daewoo Acclaim 2nd (who cares) Avalon & Magna even Camry (rent a car) 4WD REVOLUTION Ford Territory vs Mitsubishi Pajero GLX vs Toyota Kluger CVX"The Territory isn't perfect. But it's dammed good. If AWD, seven seats, and a six cylinder are what you need, try it. IF you're the A-to-B type, you may not be impressed. If you enjoy driving, you'll feel the difference. Guaranteed." Territory 1st Kluger 2nd Pajero 3rd To top it off, at the end of the Magazine the small car choice is the Ford Fiesta. I,m shure you all will agree it's a great result for Ford and I guess it.s shown in the sales figures "GO THE BLUE OVAL" All the best Creepy P.S. the HSV Clubsport had the 6.0-litre LS2 and the SV6 had the Alloytech 190.
