I have fitted a turbo back x force exhaust and as expected I am experiencing some boost spiking, the car has a mild 10 psi tune, but will be getting an re tune shortly who does flapper mod in my area? and any idea of cost, im in northern NSW, or is it easier to buy a replacement rear housing e.g. Pulsar modified housing-if they are any good. any help would be appreciated. Also I will be upgrading the waste gate actuator to a turbo smart item any idea of spring pressure needed? Im only chasing 340 rwkw and have the mods to support this power, I will be running an e boost street for boost control.

Does anyone know how the overline icc replacement performs with an iphone, for music transfer ect and does the screen dim when headlights are on? and are there any other options in the pipeline regarding icc replacement other than a single din unit.

I agree the majority of truckies are ok,I have mates that are trukies and even they say there are cowboys out there,apparently if you own a modified car you are a idiot driver that's probably why I crashed .lol, here is an example of a 'good driver' no other cars involved.thanx everyone for the well wishes.

driving north on hiway last weekend ,pouring rain I was passing a b double up a hill doing 90kms he decided to change lanes as I was half way along side I naturally went right and hit the concrete divide.doesnt look that bad but I ended up killing 2 rims and tyres plus front damage. needless to say I needed new undies,but the old girl will live again with an added xr8 bonnet

hi my ba turbo seems unstable in the rear when cornering right,but seems to bog down and feel really stable when going left,it just feels weird.tyres are good alignment is good and on a hoist I cant see any noticable movement anywhere /anyhelp would be good

if the cylinders are dropping out the car may think its overheating and it starts shutting down the cylinders randomly. mayebe an ecu problem a faulty temp sensor should log a pcm emission light (engine light). that's just my 2 cents.

I have a series one ba t manual trans.what sort of rwkw should I expect to make using a xcal 3 ,it has a walbro pump,968 injectors, cold air ind,big intercooler,.8 gapped plugs,k&n filter I dont want massive power but id have to expect up to 280rwkws ,am I right?,id like your opinion. Car has low kms and is looked after ,id like to get this without upgrading valve springs but I will be doing it at a later date,and prob another tune.

if I buy an unmarried xcal 3 with someone elses tunes can my tuner erase them and put on his own tunes? for a manuel turbo ba,

yes I did see the other post ,I was reffering to an australian version,as my post says id rather not use sct and I am looking at other options.

ive been searching around and seem to be confused about the difference between xcal and sniper I really need a retune due to wanting to add more mods but I really do not want to go with sct after being burned. and I do not really care if I cannot change tunes easilly with sniper because I only ever ran one tune with sct anyway. any one help?and also whats the price difference.

will buying a sniper tuner interface box from the usa work on a ba xrt? anyone help?
