  1. Glad your impressed! et steets, short shifting 2 guys in the rear and only full throttle in 3rd gear I actually know how to drive my car. 3500-4000 on the trans brake not the foot brake..
  2. 3500rpm TCE converter. The T400 really robs power but ill tuning it on E85 soon.
  3. With all my mods and 100 octane fuel on 20PSI I could only get 427rwkw, 12.0 ARFs and 10 degrees timing at 4000-4500rpm.
  4. WOW some impressive numbers with just standard 35/40 especially on 98 octane fuel, I should of just kept my 35/40. On a BF with supporting mods id say 390-410rwkw maximum on a standard turbocharger and 98 octane fuel and that's pushing it hard. Can you guys throw up some dyno graphs? Would like to see what AFRs these cars are running and what mode they are being ramped up in. Also how much torque are you guys making? I recently raced a car with what he claimed had 480rwkw running a GTX35 on E85 and I tore it a new asshole at every speed. Seemed like he had more like 450 than 480.
  5. You think an Aeromotive pump is loud have you ever heard one of these suckers? Unfortuantly no one makes foam sleeves for big pumps like these but Clark rubber have a sound dedaning mat like this stuff it works a treat http://www.ebay.com....=item5d35529d19 If I can get this pump bearable it shouldnt be too hard to make an Aeromotive bearable.
  6. Around $200 mate. Well worth for testing and tuning at the track plus im about to smash some real boost into it.
  7. Bit boring for most but for the tuners and the die hard that want to know how the afrs are tracking. I got this today in the mail hope to have it in next week.
  8. Blocks are the same the BF sumps have the ZF cooler mounts.
  9. Who makes12mm head studs that are torqued to 130ft?
  10. I did both my cars and then all my mates cars. My mates then started sending other mate my way so I sold the tools so I wouldn't have to do any more. Time consuming job take 4-6 hours to complete. Only thing to watch out for is to not drop a collet so have a good magnet handy and plug up the oil galleys with a rag too. Oh yeah don't forget to pull the rags out of the oil galleys when done too. I wouldn't recommend doing it unless you have done it before or seen someone else do it. Good luck man.
  11. Good result mate that's a huge jump from premium to E85 must be fun to drive.. How much torque did it make?
  12. Nice work mate look tough, I love that ETM setup looks trick. Where did you get the face plate you have the 2 gauges mounted on under your ICC?
  13. 24 Volt flux capacitor will get you over 300KPH but the 12V version is limited to 88KPH.
  14. 1000hp rating for premium unleaded or 1000HP rated for E85?
  15. You should be able to make 500 with that gear and be very liable. Also try use inconel valves on the exhaust side, stainless on the intake side will be fine. Ill be keeping an eye on this build I bet it will end up on E85 making 600+.. Good luck with the build.
  16. Man you are having the same luck as me everything that could go wrong has gone wrong at some stage. What a pain in the bum this car has become this week my new auto started leaking after driving it 2 km! The bolts that hold the bell housing and the pump in sheared the thread out from inside the casing, Who built your converter dude? TCE? Are you using Lock Tight and the bolt Atomic provided with the flexplate? Hope you sorted man it must be very frustrating.
  17. Put the standard injectors back into it and flashed it back to standard tune. The problem is still occuring so its off to Ford to figure it out as I dont have the time to troubleshoot it.. I also think its the battery but hey!
  18. I have done a few of these on BAs and FGs alot more to it than what you have listed above especially on BAs and BFs. Here is one I smashed on a mates FG. Its not as straight forward as it looks. FGs are easy BA\BFs are a pain in the bum.. http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/80552-lost-my-rear-turbo-wheel/ Good luck with it mate..
  19. that's the sh*t!
  20. Im with you I have seen over 400rwkw with BF valve springs on at least 6 cars with no problems what so ever. Who is tuning your car? Something is not right mate. You have a BF manual and only 300RWKW with all the mods in your signature? - Personally I think something else is wrong, I think its your fuel pump pressure relief valve. Good luck with it!
  21. Hey man what sort of flex plate are you using? Have you got an Atomic flexplate? I got one today with my converter so I hope they dont come loose. If they come loose wire lock or tack weld them so they never move. Its just a little BA you wouldnt have seen it around, what was suppost 3 months to build ended up over 12 months.. I should be out and about in a week or 2 if I see you around ill come and say hi to you. After looking at your vidoe are you having trouble building boost on the trans brake? Is your throttle body shutting? You have one really fast car keep up the good work.
  22. How many KM on it? The valve spring in a BF II should be good for close to 400... When do you feel it valve floating under load or when it goes back to idle?
  23. that's big MPH mate! I recon I have seen this car around Dandenong area wouldnt pick it apart from the exhaust out the back.. Do you have axles in the diff or is it an all standard rear end?
  24. Use a 11/32 or 8.8mm drill bit size.
