So after making a dissapointing 558rwhp/416rwkw on 98 (Stock inlet manifold is restricting flow) we threw some Eflex in and wound the boost up for a healthy 676rwhp/504rwkw @ 25psi. Pretty good considering we're only using stock inlet manifold with throttle body relo. and a little GTX3582r.I'm not going to bother putting this in the 500+ club until I've run it down the strip and/or put it on another dyno as I cbf with all the "Queensland dyno" and "8f" sh*t. Will post a Dyno graph tomorrow when I get home. Lee is keeping the car overnight to check cold starts in the morning and do 1 more power run as it was on the dyno for most of the day again and was probably heatsoaked.

I get my car back tomorrow. So I'll be there if I don't kill myself on the way home.

Yeah I meant Andy. He pm'd me this morning. Yeah had to take up some more e85 so I went via Towoomba and picked up the box and zaust. They were having problems controlling boost then realized they forgot to put the 12psi actuator back in (had a stock one in for run in) so didn't finish the 98 tune yesterday. Hopefully it will be finished today as my right foot is getting itchy.

Went and picked up Johns ZF from Jamie today and he decided to throw Johns old exhaust in aswell (He's a nice bloke). But seeing how I've already got a full 4" system I don't really need it so I'm selling it cheap if anyone is interested (Carton should do it).

The Gold Coast Car Show is on the 18th at Mudgeerabah showgrounds if anyone is interested in going to that for an hour or so before the cruise. $10 to get in. I'll probably head over at about 10am.

Probably be going a 3000rpm stall. Will work that out when the time comes.

These are the specs on my engine from Atomic. Will be interesting to see comparisons as both cars have similar setups.

It's an Atomic 698GT-A long motor with stage 4 cams. Running a GTX3582r for now.

Lee said he is going to spend quite a bit of time on the tune for his own R&D. Sounds like mine will be the test mule for yours. I am buying John (Quik1)'s built ZF to throw in it if the stock one breaks.

Turns out the Mudgeeraba Car Show is on the 18th aswell. Might head over to that for a couple hrs before lunch.

OK so we will organise it for the 18th then. Meeting at the usual spot and finishing there too. The route I'm looking at is around 2hrs driving. (That's just driving. Not including stops.) So I'm thinking 12 o'clock meet, Grab a feed, Then head off about 1. The route can be varied a bit to take in Springbrook lookouts aswell if everyone wants. (Will add about half hour driving though.) And also the Tugun bypass tunnel is optional depending on time. (Does sound good with a few XR's boosting through it though.) Anyone else with any ideas feel free to speak up. I'm easy just trying to get a plan into action. I have 2 UHF's but Maggotmouse has already claimed the second one and I will print off a few maps of the proposed route so people don't get lost.

So is anyone actually organising this? Or are we doing the usual everyone just rock up and decide a route from there? Was thinking the usual meet spot, Springbrook rd., Springbrook-Nerang rd., Then left on Nerang-Murwillimbah rd., Down to Murwillimbah, Then back through Tomewin-Currumbin Valley and if we have time head south on the M1 for a quick squirt through the Tugun bypass tunnel. Probably be an idea to have at least a couple UHF's between us too so we can keep in contact with each other incase we get separated.

3000kms clocked em up in 3 weeks. Know the hinterland roads like the back of my hand now.

Go the 1000cc. I made the mistake of going 60lb Deckas and now have to upgrade again as you always want more power.

So anyone who is trying to make a profit is a rip-off merchant? how dare they try to provide for their families? They should just provide for you? Cheap, Reliable, Fast. Choose 2. If you can't afford to mod your car then don't. Cutting corners now will only cost you later. Just my 2c.
