Picking mine up today. 2010 auto in sunburst. 34,000ks, immaculate. $27k D/A which im pretty happy with as ive been lookin for ages. Had a good look at it but it was a bit rough considering it was only 3 years old so still looking. Seen one down sydney way, might take a road trip.

After nearly 10 months in the N/A wilderness since I sold my beloved T it looks like I might be returning to the fold. I've been desperatly looking for a 50th Ann Ute in good cond and think ive finally found one. This was one of the colours (Viper) I nearly chose on my previous car but went for sunburst instead. Wot u guys think? Only downside so far is its auto

I'm chasing a pair or at least a pass side front mud flaps for a bf xls but ford say no stock. Anyone got any ideas or suggestions where I can source some or a suitable replacement?

Sold my FG and am looking at buying a BA Turbo Ute but cautious about how many K's is too many to avoid forever puttin my hand in my pocket. Seen a few with between 150-180,000 but wonder if this is too risky. Any advice would be helpful Cheers Mike

My young fella has just bought a FG Mk2 Ute and needs some seat covers coz he's a tradie. Had a look around but need something that wont interfere with the side air bags. Weve looked at the genuine ford ones but they dont cover the seat back bolsters and cant find any decent pictures of wot they actually look like fitted. If anyone has any fotos of these I would appreciate it. Also if anyone can recommend some after market covers. We bought some yesterday from AutoBarn but they were sh*t even though they cost $200. Thanks in advance guys

Anyone got any idea wot is supposed to fit into the cutouts in the FG tub liner. Really need a large storage box to fit into it and wondered if there was a special fitted ute box etc. I know I could knock something up but a proper fitted box would look the ducks nuts.

Just wondered if anyone knows if it is possible to upgrade FG colour screen to new Mk2 touch screen and the cost to do so. Cheers in advance

Just got a quote from AAMI. $550 full comp with windscreen cover, not worried about Growler just noted on policy. that's a comparable price to RACQ (with the mrs discount) and no hassels. Looks like I'm going shopping soon Thanks fellas

Hi Guys Now my baby is now 1 year old and thought it was time to add a few extras and personalize it a bit. Ive been looking at a few mods firstly a growler CAI. Now my mrs being in the insurance game is insisting before I carried out any modifications I disclose it to my insurance co. I phoned RACQ and they state they will not cover this under there normal policies but will accept it under a UNIQUE vehicle policy. This type of policy seems to carry a high loading, looks like about 30%+, also changes from market to agreed value, previously poilicy states new for old for first 2 years, plus a $200 excess increase. All this just for one mod, so then if I fit flash tuner, 3" pipe etc it goes up each time I just wondered wot everyone else does, do u use a different insurer, keep quiet about it or dont have insurance. Now theres no way I'm gonna invalidate my insurance for an extra couple of KW, but there must be a way.

Well I was booked into Ford today to sort out my air issue and some sensor that controls temp etc is f*cked. The cars only done 6000kms so I aint too happy. Anyhow, gotto take back in next week to get it fixed and should be sweet again.

wot year models did this fault affect, ive got a late 2010 and ive got air issues, sounds very similar but according to ford mine isnt affected by this recall?
