ok thanks that's what I thought, I was told by a reputable person that some of them had FG xr6t sized turbo's on them.... When I change the turbo on my f6 ill will compare with the one on the TTG just to make sure.....

Was told the other day that the turbo territories have the smaller turbo as used in the FG XR6 turbo's... I could walk down stairs and pop the bonnet to check but just as easy to ask here??? They seen to spool up really quick....

ok as suspected thank you... so I assume there are different spring tensions for the turbosmart gate depending on boost levels?? Do you know what the stock spring in them is good for when running single port??

HI, Just wondering if anyone has setup up a turbosmart 60mm waste gate to control boost via the factory ecu??? Going to try it soon. Any tips would be great!!!!!!!

I have down stacks of logging with livelink on a laptop & works great..... live link 6.3 is very stable. As for using x3 for logging, pretty sure its something that can be done but not high on agenda for AUS sct customers, still a lot of bugs. I have modified tunes and sent them in cef format for customers to use that they can upload themselves with custom tune loader into there device then flash to vehicle. Holden & EFI LIVE have customer handheld (black box) data logging & tune upload facility allowing remote tuning of vehicles, as all is done via email or remote control or PC.

cheers that makes sense now... Do you think the t51r is capable of 1000hp at the treads??? Seems like a good all round turbo choice as it appears to make boost reasonably earlier compared some other big turbos that we have seen on here at is making good top end .... Your dyno graph was really smooth too...

Chad does this mean that you advanced the timing by 2 degrees when using the methanol?? What is a minimum of 30 degrees???

Hi, just wondering if anyone knew of any dealers in australia that warrant certain modifications to ford or FPV vehicles. I have heard of exhausts being fitted as part of optional extras by dealers, just wondering if any dealers have relationships with tune shops & allow minor mod's & custom tune etc.... Thanks

I have both & tuned a few with each.. Not sure what the sct pro racer package is worth, but I'll guess VCM is alot cheaper therefore probably more cost effective.

Thanks for the info, yeah from what I can gather I have mods that should produce results close to yours. I am only running to 13 psi atm but will push it to 15psi when I get a chance to do a full road tune. 15.5psi would have to be close to the fuel pump & valve spring limits wouldn't it?

Yeah it looks & sounds virtually stock, just a wooshing turbo when it spools up & light exhaust note from a high flow cat is the only give away. I dont plan to do anymore mods as a few people have been gettin low 12s with simialr mods which is quick enough for a family car. I may stretch the tune and go for an 11 but wont lose sleep if I cant.... Looking forward to more future engagements at the traffic lights, merge lanes etc.....

Just curious if the turbo territory have the same spec fuel pumps as the sedans?.. if so they should make the same fly wheel power as the sedans with similar injectors boost, spark advance etc ..... What boost does it start to struggle to keep fuel up?... a few guys running 11sec / low 12 sec in territorys that have no mention of fuel pump mods......

regapped the plugs & put in new injectors today... pushed it up to 13psi thus far.. goes really well now. I might need to unblock the plumb back as it doses f*1king really loud.... went passed a packed out park for 1st test drive when I backed off huge dose coming from stock looking territory must of looked strange......

It would be a gap of 3mm or less to oil cooler behind it that u cant see & less than 10mm to the front bar on the vehicle. A bit of cutting to get it in..... very tight fit.

thanks for the reply guys... yeah I have spoken to alex, only so much detail you can get over the phone..... I guess nows its another 400km round trip to get a tin of white touch up before I start now..... Can anyone comment on the different the cold air intake makes to induction noise???
