Yeah same as jimmi's. Just got to decide on powder coating or plasti dip... Couldn't bring myself to sell it... Decided to throw some more money at it and will be retiring it from work duties shortly...

^^^ this If it is just for a bit a fun, high powered stock looking wagons rock!!! Back in the days I used to play with Rotary's, I also wanted to buy a 323 wagon and put in a 12A turbo into it. I found one with the grandpa front window Sun shade on it in poo brown... Lol Never got around to it, but the plan was not to change anything from the outside and just build all driveline to have some fun with it..

2 years and first post!!! Lol I was also looking into the Varrstoens, however fronts would not clear Brembos without a real aggressive front offset. There is a picture of a Blue FG in this thread with 9.5 +30 all round and it looks like sex! Don't think you will fit the 10.5's in without a lot of poke.. However, there is a white FG on Varrstoens Facebook page with 10.5's on the rear however not sure on the offsets..

Ha ha... Trying to get in before me... Lol Just go on eBay and type GTR Skyline wheels. There is one set on there with 17 x 9, but it like 1.6k for four rims... You can get 2 light weight Work wheels x 2 in 17 x 9 + 28 for $700 new delivered.. Still a lot more than I wanted to spend... Just waiting to hear back on how much the Koya wheels weigh.. Can get these for $500 delivered.

Thanks for your comments guys.. Wouldn't you get the same amount of flex with a 9" wide rim while also allowing the outer tyre greater contact patch?

hey guys, is there any advantaged using a 17 x 9 rim instead of the ba/bf factory rim with a 275/40/17 tyre for drag use down to strip? Was thinking because of the wider rim it would give greater contact patch for the tyre?

Is the Nizpro one Billet? I didn't think it was... Been hearing a lot about new ZF builds to suit 600rwkw+ etc... But what is really been done to these boxes..?? Just fitting a stronger input shaft doesn't solve the problem.. What our people doing with the valve body and clutch packs etc....???
