The three biggest problems on the roads today: 1. High speed Merging 2. Low speed Merging 3. All Merging

Coz people are morons. Its why there’s often a secondary accident next to the first one coz some dumb Karnt is too busy looking rather than driving.

I’m inclined to agree with Puff. GPs are all too happy with “loose some weight” as a solution to everything without often seeking the cause. I put on in a couple of kgs due to being inactive due to pain and my doctors advice was to lose some weight and I’d be fine. He told me to lose some weight and get back to the gym and I’d be fixed (coz that fixes not being able to move your arms some days). After months of arguing and pushing I finally got to a specialist and found out I have an incurable crappy bone and muscle tissue disease which is going to disable me and as such am starting biological therapy in two weeks to try and slow the progression. At at your age, even at 20kgs over weight, high BP seems an excessive side effect and doesn’t seem to be indicative of the amount of weight you’re carrying imo. I’d be asking more questions as to why it’s high over and about weight.... medication may be needed even when you’re lighter eventually. Just make sure u look after ya self and get another opinion if necessary and in the mean time make ya healthier choices and exercise and like puff said buy a monitor from the chemist and measure yourself to monitor for any changes. A lot of people get higher readings due to anxiety at the doctors for example. Good luck either way bud!

I was a nurse working in the aged care sector when I met j@. Ive seen some horrible things. However its more in reference to things like our new NRAH and the cock ups made continually with funding etc. SA has one of the highest waits on surgery lists. Our system isnt isn’t broken but it’s heavily fractured in places and the GP system is one of them in a lot of cases. To the flip side is if be shelling out 30k per year minimum for the new medication I have to take for the rest of my life, which is covered by the PBS. So it’s not all stuffed. I think the elderly is where our focus isn’t the greatest tbh.

You haven’t worked in the healthcare industry I’m guessing?

Needed to get some bloods done today and my specialist likes a certain lab group so I googled where one was near where I was heading.... worst mistake ever. Sitting in a waiting room of a doctors surgery and think I’ve already got leprosy and probably aids from being here for more than 30 seconds. One receptionist was quizzing a patient because he literally had no contact number and she was borderline abusing him for it. The desk is about to fall down I swear. The worst part is that the clinic is full of people which reflects the current health crisis where we don’t have enough doctors or for that matter all medical facilities. Government needs to stop worrying about tax cuts and promises and fix our broken health care system.

I dunno but on a side note I’m in nandos and they got my order wrong and gave me tenders instead of thighs and then fixed it, but the guys giving me the “I just jizzed in your peri peri seasoning coz you’re a bitch” face... meh gonna eat it anyway. LOL

This gives me the chits. J@ and I know the area well and it’s way too dangerous down steep slippery rocks to even attempt to climb down there let alone with a five year old. Not only that but there signs everywhere saying how FHUKN DANGEROUS it is... but to be fair you don’t even need the signs as it’s obvious as feck just looking at it. But because some dick wad needed a selfie he killed his five year old daughter and now everyone will say how sad it is when actually it’s manslaughter. that's my rant for today lol https://www.news.com.au/national/south-australia/police-and-emergency-services-searching-for-two-people-swept-from-rocks-on-eyre-peninsula/news-story/c4ac8e65d5f0b0bb7039fa6e13b4c35c

Well no one here would blame you for thinking it hahaha

Psychologically everyone responds to motivators in different ways.... is it a choice ... yes... but if you can curve your “laziness” for lack of a better term, by doing them in a different location because that means more productivity, then so be it. When I I was a gym junkie after I had Hudson, I had zero motivation at home because I was tired and up all night etc etc, but an hour a day respite at the gym made me want to do things, then at home I was more inclined to be more active. I was doing 1&1/2 hours at the gym every day plus a 5km walk with jet and sit ups and push ups every night.... without the gym in the first place I would have done nothing because it was all too hard at home. Same reason as I cannot study by correspondence, as I get distracted and too busy doing life that I don’t do the study. I think people are just different. And hey if you can do that all from home then kudos to you... you get to save the $14 a week. Doesn’t mean the people who can’t are lazy ... means they motivate in a different way.

Effluent = Kath and Kim joke. Lol

Shpanks

Agree.... can get fit at home... don’t. Coz it’s easier to sit and do fhuuuk all at home where as if I’m at the gym I’ll do sh*t but it to be fair that means I have to actually go to the gym bahaha

Had a baking sesh with Hudson today... double choc brownies with strawberries as carrots on top and vanilla and chocolate Easter cupcakes for the fam tomorrow...

Well you could bahahah the Porsche’s is over rated and I personally don’t like it. I know three people who drive one and they’re all about the image not performance and that image is “I wish I had more money but I want you to think I have money so I got a Porsche 4x4.” Q7 is nice... but I will say all the Audi’s lose me with their interiors because they’re so basic and boring.. but merc lose me with the over bling. I would buy a new Range Rover sport. I love them. But again every man and his dog in UNLEY has got one now. Toureg is a good call I reckon. But you can’t deny this is a good looking beast Lol I just basically wrote that bahahah snap

I reckon another winner is the new Volvo XC90. And it looks schmexy too Nah it’s a 3/4 effluent persons Q7. 128k drive away isn’t poor mans lol CX9 is in the 40-50s for the pov pack and only $65k for the best one

Can I just say the one thing I can’t stand about new Mazda’s is the accelerator pedal design as a flap type thing. We looked at a new CX9 when I was looking at the prado and it was tiny inside for a 7 seater. The only way I could describe it was a poor mans Q7
