The tuner may not know how to do it so been careful. More and more I read on the forum I'm coming to the conclusion that the tune destroy my auto and he is a well know tuner

Have you just got a new tune

My started to thumb into 6th and then 3 months later the auto broke. I think the tune is half to blame. I got the auto strength and then a re tune by a different tuner. There is a noticeable different in the way the engine behaves on gear changes.

I got my rebuilt/strengthen 3 weeks ago. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th are smooth. Nearly like stock but changing into 4th gear on the cruise e.g in traffic it still thumps and doesn't sound nice, I'm going to give in a few more weeks and see how is goes. It will be interesting to heard if your auto smooths out.

I was running between 280 rwkw and 300 rwkw depending on the dyno and my failed in within a year(50000km on the clock). I believe that these ZF gearboxes aren't as strong as everyone makes out(that only my opinion). As more and more people mod there cars to 300 rwkw and more I think more and more will fail and opinions will change.

It doesn't matter how hot it gets under the bonnet your AC should always work. It sounds like your Mazda was low on gas or you did have enough air flow though your AC radiator.

I have a BF series two ute and I didn't need to take out the tank but just drop one end. I have a hoist those but on a BA I was told you must drop the tank.

It was the input shaft.

I would love to post a clip but it's in the shop getting the auto repaired. My ute is a BF. The exhaust sounds stock on the cruise and under full power all you can heard is the turbo. The only time it louder is under light acceleration 40-60 kmph it slightly loud.

You have to be happy with that

I have a x force 2.5 twin system on my ute which is standard height I a scrape it everywhere to so I don't know if changing your exhaust will help.

What end up being the problem

It must to a a Werribee thing. I auto gave up last night.

I'm leaning towards the oil pressure problem but I thought the ZF auto is good for 350 rwkw, I'm no wear near that figure.

Checked the flex plate and it seems to be ok. I think it may be more terminal.

I have a BF ute with a ZF 6 speed auto. I was having fun when a heard a small ban and lost all drive. I tried to select the gears in manual mode, tried reverse, performance mode and normal mode and nothing. The tail shaft is not spin and the engine doesn't load up so I arrow it down to the auto. Does anyone have any suggests what wrong with the auto and were in melbourne I can get it fix.

If your car is a dark colour e.g black there is nothing tougher looking than a polish cooler but on the other hand if you want the stealth look go black. The stealth look get boring after a while. If your got it flaunt it.

Maybe the knock sensors are not back off enough

I was told by the people that make PLX gauges PLX Devices Inc. - Multi Gauges, Single Gauges, Sensor Modules, Wideband Air Fuel Ratio, Data Logging, Fuel Saving / Scan Tools that the XR6t OBD2 port doesn't have a boost output.

I made a little over 300 rwkw with a high flow cat and standard exhaust in a BF ute but the power wasn't reliable. I was really felt it at the drags and after removing the old spark plugs you could tell the exhaust gases were not escaping quick enough. Just installed a turbo back xforce 4 inch dump into 2.5 twin mild steel. I couldn't believe how quiet it is (after 100km of driving) and how much better the engine feels. Also your boost levels don't fall away as the rpm increase. I would strongly recommend getting a exhaust system if you want to make 300 rwkw safely. I know people may disagree with me but if you decided not to get an exhaust, after going to the drags or do a couple of track day pull your spark plugs out and have a look at them.

I live in melb. I wanted to use the xforce 3.5 dump but now I'm worry that the modded flap touching the dump pipe.

Does any know if this is true with xforce exhaust dump pipes
