I paid $35 for mine on ebay and it works perfect....had to hook it up to the AUX slot under the dash then link it through just under the stereo....works good....

hey all....the topic state....I want to remove the front mesh & the front bottom gaurd mesh to get them re sprayed...just want to know some instructions on how to remove them...possible without removing the front bumper.... cheers

define the term "drone"??? its got a nice louder tone to the exhaust...sounds alot louder on idle and good while changing gears I should be coming on the cruise....hopefully the weather will hold up on that day.....

hey all....I pulled out my centre muffler on my XR6t today and replaced it with two straight pipes.....burbles alot louder and sounds good when taking off.... I get a bit of back pressure buildup sometime but its sounds really good when changing gears.....one problem though....I seem to get rattle from my heatsheild now...not to sure why it is...the exhaust bloke said that the heatsheild get rocks and stuff inside...(not to sure if he was talking s**t or not) I cant hear it from inside the car but sometimes when im outside....I can hear it....

thanks mate...thier RaceTech smoke series gauges... I got the gauges & POD holder from ebay... yeah I wasnt sure if the screw on will look nice...but thier not too bad....I'm getting plastic gromets that sit flush into the holder so you cant tell thier screw in.....

Hey All, my XR6T headlights never turn off....not too sure if it s a feature from ford but how do I set it back to only turning on when I turn the light knob...because right now, as soon as I turn on the car, the headlights come on...

Well...im car is a manual...so I'm wanting some gauges that actually work and do something... is the Air/Fuel Ratio gauge any good??? I want gauges that are not already in my dash cluster....

Hey all, I'm eager to put some gauges on my dash in my new XR6 turbo....now my dilemma is which gauge is more valuable/important other than the boost gauge? My options are either: - Air/ Fuel Ratio - Water Temperature - Oil Pressure Let me know whos got what and whether which one is more better and actually does something (other than just stay at the same reading).. cheers

we dont want to be organsing unsanctioned cruises now do we??? we would rather the forum/cruise organisers create a cruise in the future then organise a cruise to meet up with a bigger cruise....plus it would be easier if it was organised here so we can meet new people and chat to organise meet points...

for us westerners...its good if the cruise started in the area then worked on outwards...to the city or st kilda or something... have a think about it...cause I know that there are few guys on this forum that would be up for something like that in the near future....

Hey All, I was at the tyre factory the other day looking for rims for my Phantom XR6T and I saw some nice BF F6 19" black wheels and BA GT-P 19" wheels as well....I wasnt sure which would suit right... NOW....I was thinking back at rod rods and old school muscle cars of such and I've seen those cars with smaller wheels on the front and bigger wheels on the back...(of the same design depending on dish or not) Just wondering if anyone on this forum has done a wheels set like this and if they have....how does it look??? because I was thinking 18" on the front and 19" on the back...some totally different to the common car... cheers

I have a Phantom Purple BA XR6t with silver stripes and I liked them and hate them on different days... might be taking it off in the near future but I reackon, once I lower it I'll keep them on

yeah possibly...however when we pulled all the coil packs out....there were hairline cracks on 4 out of 6 coil packs.... thus the top end struggling and low power output in the top end so either way...it was good to change them and put brand new ones in there
