will it fit fg? I think fg rocker cover doesnt have the rubber seals on the bottom so should be easier. if so then yes anyone have a spare set of rims that clear brembos? I need to borrow some a few days so I can get my rims fixed (tow truck driver scraped them taking it off the truck). preferably something with tyres but if they are 20" I can put the tyres I have on mine... I can pay for the privilege or work something out... would be greatly appreciated.

yeah fg housing is way better... less prone to cracking. also be carefull how they port it because I had issues... I have actually been threw 3 rear fg housings to finally get porting right needs to be ported right hand side and up... not just enlarge hole but angle for exhaust gasses to flow, upgraded flap is good... 38mm is ideal size. was very costly getting it right :/

nice pickup on his part indeed the work which is done to it is excess of what I sold the complete turbo for. which means he still has his stock one intact and could probably sell of and regain what he picked mine up for?? not sure or close to it.

larger wheel .7 cover lags spools up slower imo .5 cover has much power in it anyway no need to upgrade for the extra 10rwkw which youd get from the cover :/

I have that work done to my turbo as rapid mentioned plus a nicely ported rear housing, and I have gone to a built motor with larger turbo etc yet again... lucky for you I am selling mine, only has done 7500km since it got built. the price will be cheaper than getting a new one or doing the work to yours as well. sending pm now

Is it caused when you connect/disconnect USB Devices? BSOD on Windows 7 usually means drivers.... could be flash box drivers / usb drivers or worse memory allocation issues... Dell are really f*cking sh*t with drivers I found. They ported most of their Vista drivers and as we all know Vista is known to be sh*t! Also Dell have problems allocating memory on Windows 7... god knows why. I had one of the new XPS 16s for a week... read forums about them, obsulte sh*thouse, I had to take 3gb memory out for it to work properly... whats the point of having 6gb if you can only use 3... returned it and got myself a HP. Mind you I had many Dell's prior and no issues so... Dont know. Maybe try update all the drivers including chipset etc from Dell if you have not done so already... If not maybe it's time to get a new Core i7 beast... Asus do a beast of a thing for only 1500ish N61JQ I thinks the model number :D
