I had mine removed the other day and I am really happy with the result. I like the sound with the low revs but when you get the speed up a bit the note is nice and quiet. Well worth the money.

I have spoken to Rhys86 this morning and the show is still going ahead as planned. It is not raining here at the moment and we hope it will clear.

Car is a 4 sp auto with a custom tune from CV Performance.

Hey guys might sound like a stupid question to some of you but I know next to nothing about these cars. The car comes on boost hard in first gear but when its in 2nd the boost feels like it is almost coming and going and not constant. It definately does not hit as hard. What could be causing this and how can I fix it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance Brendan

When I start the car sometimes the airbag light on the instrument cluster comes on and stays on sometimes coming on and off. I know this has something to do with the airbag but what exactly does it mean and how much can I expect to fork out to have it fixed if necessary. Thanks in advance Brendan

Im in NSW not really sure of the legislation but I know of a few people who have had a run in with the law for driving v8 on their red p's. It just attracts so much damn attention.

I was very surprised when I went to insure my new o3 T. All of the sites that I went to online would not touch me at all. I rang up AAMI who my 98 camry was insured with currently and asked if they would insure me. She replied yes and when I asked what the difference would be I was waiting for the punch in the mouth. Can I just say that I was over the moon when she cam back with an ammount only 200- 300 more than my camry. What a joke and the best thing is the T is insured for more than double what the camry was insured for. Very happy and Very surprised. Brendan

No one has pulled out on me since so maybe it was just rhe fact that they were one of those eyes closed drivers that we have more and more of on the road today. Anyways I'm still turnng the lights on manualy. Could not justify forking out for something to turn the headlights off for me. The missus already thinks im lazy, I can only immagine trying to explain that one to her. Ha ha ha ha ha. Thanks for all the help

I HAD the same problem with the heatshield on my t. It is also quite low. I attempted to remove the heat shild in an attempt of having it in case I wanted to replace it later. This lasted about 10 minuted before I went down the road and bought a pair of tin snips and went to town on the stupid thing. I hope I dont have to put it back on one day cause its in the bin now. But the rattle is gone. Brendan

Congrats mate nice ride you have there. There sure is a difference between the two hey. My upgrade was from a 2.2L Camry to the 03 XR6T, far out what a difference. Nice pics.

I have recently purchased a 03 XR6T and soon I am going to have to park the new beauty out the front of the house in the elements every night. My question is does anyone know of a good car cover that would give me some peace of mind leaving the T out there. Maybe someone else has the same problem and can recomend a certain brand etc. I have had a quick look around but if anyone could offer some assisitance it would be appreciated. Yes it really gets me to. Its just one of those things that's not that annoying enough for me to really care but if there was a way to stop the damn thin I would do it in a flash.
