Here's a new one I did http://40d-zilla.deviantart.com/art/Rock-and-Cloud-129475022

I think you'll find the car is black, and it looks like Phantom due to the reflection of the sky (black cars tend to lose their colour and take on an almost mirror finish, dependant on how far you go with the HDR effect). But then, I could be way off the mark

Ewww spewin dude. Yeah the canons allow it, I always use RAW when I'm messin around with HDR's, they have so much more info in them.

Hmmm D300 should definitely do it, it's a flashier camera than mine. So you've tried setting the image quality to RAW format and then trying the auto bracketing?

My cuz got me one Fark yeah

Aw that sucks, maybe try another torrent. Yer CAN be done with jpegs but they'll never be as flexible as RAW images sadly...

Ahhh cool, all related to how much $$$ you spend on the camera I guess. I've got a cable release, but not a good tripod, so there's still some movement between shots so I just do it all from the one RAW. How bout one of these bad boys? "The medium-format H2D-39 features a 2.2-inch OLED display, on which you can view your 78MB shots. You need not really despair about storage space though — this monster of a camera supports tethered hard drives. Look for lots of other goodies like new color-correction technology. If you’re wondering about pricing, the H2D will run you about $31,000. The CF-39MS will make an even bigger dent in your wallet, priced at about $40,000."

Cheers Ghosti It'd be good if cameras could be set to take more than 3 shots, those pics I posted above all use 5 exposures (-2,-1, 0, +1, +2) and some people even go as far as using 9. It seems a little excessive, but I've never tried it... Either way I farkin LOVE the effect farkin

hehehe cheers! Anyone spot the drummer with his thumbs up in the window?

Here's some of my HDR shots, some more exaggerated than others, clearly

It most definitely will, any kind of digital slr will. As long as you can shoot in RAW mode (an unprocessed image format from your camera, nikon call it something else though) and you get photomatix pro you'll be in HDR heaven in no time

AWW I'm a MAJOR fan of HDR pics, I've taken a few just lately. I was trying to post some last night, but between power outs and my internet being down , it wasn't happening

Two 22" monitors and a 32" LDC TV

Thanks for all the comments guys The program to use is called Photomatix Pro 3, it's exclusively for producing HDR shots (a mate of mine put me onto it). You CAN get the pics looking more realistic, but I like them to look a little more exaggerated (not everyone's cup to tea though!) Once I've done that, then any more editing gets done in Photoshop. You can do HDR's in photoshop, but you don't get any where near the range of options. I'm using a Canon 40D and a 17-85mm EF-S USM lens, the camera Mat knows and loves Bluute, I'm not too sure what size you could blow the original up to, it's a pretty big file so it should go alright. I'll see if I can find out and I'll pm ya. If any one else wants a shot of their sled like this, let me know hehehe

Hey y'all. Was going through some old pics and had a go at smartening up some old shots from the cruise that Kael organised...they're HDR shots, not everyone's cup of tea, but I like 'em. Enjoy!

Intruiging.... On an even AWESOMER note, see PJ is makin the Hobbit into a two part epic!! w00t!

I knew it was coming and it still got me :banghead:

That sh*t's hot ^^^

Hey all, long time no see! Was bored today so me and a mate went for a drive round town and took some pics, here's one of his rex Hope ure all well!

360 Forged Ferrari F-430 One of the best lookin cars I've ever seen

My bad, I thought the variable traction control was something else...

I met one of these "performance 'unmarked' cars that are allowed to imitate hoon behaviour in order to entrap you into doing the same" I won though I'll try make it along. Might try get the girlf to come along, she's successfully avoided all previous cruises, the sly fox...

Hey great to hear that you got it back! What we'd love to do if we caught the bastid, ey?
