  8. Feebs not good. Nang things to do oin Bali.... The Taman Safari is pretty good - commonly refered to as the safari park, its about 40 min out of Kuta I have areliable driver if you are chasing one Park safari park link. good day out great for pics you jump on a bus Jurassic Park style its even rickety.. Book into a day spa Day Spa Linkthis is a good one but a bit pricey. Febri's is not bad and do couples in the outdoor gazebo (no snickering) and not far from Ramada. It really depends if you want to see stuff. We did a great tour at Easter to the Temple on the Lake that was good, same tour also stopped at the usual places but also an awesome waterfall (not Gitgit) it was a bit of a hike in and out but well worth it. D
  9. snap. The Bali Garden has recently sone some reno's and was our 1st place of choice but booked out. September is a bit tough With the holiday island is pretty booked.
  10. Nang all good. Although Mandira is a bit old, Ramayana & Bintang are not far from Centro & Kuta Square (shopping) and about 2 minutes from Waterbom Park. LBH is up the other end of town you are looking at booking yourself also try Kuta Town Houses, when r u heading? Is it a boys trip we are off on the 10th. if you need anything specific I kind of consider myself a bit of a Bali buff. Sampai jumpa (see ya!) D
  11. Kieran You are quite a spoil sport aren't you. There is some chance that the boys will make it. They all just need to wear only purple jox and not wash til the finals...
  12. Mat reading that the freeway will be open and knowing the way things work are you meaning the 23 September 2010? Hey seriously... just looked 23rd is a .... Wednesday?? 26/27 is the weekend and if not mistaken grand final day, could be 50/50 if the good old baggers make it we def out. D

  15. As the name suggests a cruise to the south stopping at a dam site or two. I'll update a date once we have something organised but looking at the end of September when the weather is hopefully bit move driver friendly. manditory rules Just incase you lot forgot them.... In order for every body to have a good time, a few rules have been implemented. Failure to abide by these rules will ensure you are not invited to future events held by FordXR6Turbo.com. The reasons for these rules are: Safety - We don't want to put any of our members, and the general public in any danger. Public Perception - We do not want the Ford XR6 Turbo community to face the same ridicule and stereotypes other car communities face. The rules are simple: Obey all laws whilst on the cruise; this means no speeding, no overtaking over double lines etc... Any breaches will be reported to the local police. There is a designated cruise leader who will lead the way and set the correct pace for all cruise members. Use the Buddy system; always make sure you can see the car behind you. This will give people behind you an indication on where to turn and to make sure nobody gets lost or left behind. CB Radios; if you don't have one, follow the maps and directions given out. If you do have one, please limit chatter during the twisty parts of the cruise. This will allow the cruise leader to relay information about road conditions, upcoming obstacles, etc. efficiently. By attending this cruise you agree not to hold FordXR6Turbo.com, its Administrators, Moderators, Cruise Organisers, or Owners responsible/liable for any damage and/or grief sustained (simply; if you stuff up it's your fault, not ours). If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask before the cruise. . D
