Have had issues with utes & canopys - Is this YOU ??!! The metal in the canopy - escpecially those with inbuilt roofracks will affect the reception on A.M.

Bring it in & we will take it off to Dynomotive to have it adjusted - You didint tell ME you had the UNICHIP ??!!! Thought you were going to WAIT for a while ??!!! CAM......!!

You have a Phaser Issue I believe.... Can usually be fixed by completing a RELEARN on the management system. New UPGRADE avaliable will longer BLEED procedure for phasers on start-up. Book in with your local dealer & have the UPGRADE done. Should find this will fix the problem.

It has been a while but YES, F.M.C has come out with a "FIX" for the B.A brake shudder, basically its another machine & torque procedure of the hub & then wheel assembly as well as new "90 degree" caliper shims. Check with your local dealer for supply of the parts. The comment has also been made that disc machining would be covered for the length of the warranty "If Required" & replacement of disc rotors after 3 machines or if they will go undersize. This has been an annoying issue for DEALERS as well as CLIENTS and WE ALL hope this FIXES the fault. (P.S - we were the FIRST DEALER in VIC to purchase the new disc lathe BEFORE F.M.C chose it as their preferred choice & had the engineers out at the dealership to see how we operated it !!!) We had purchased 2 before it was decided to subsidise purchase to all dealers.) Gives you a Warm Fuzzy Feeling Dont It ??!! (Well you all know where to come - will have the SHIMS tomorrow)

Well this one's a little out of left field........I used to work in a nite-club in SURFERS PARADISE and the D.J there decided I had to have a D.J name, came up with a few & settled with CAMEROOCHY ??!!! Just sort of stuck - cant shake the bugger !!! (has been shorted to ROOCH by the apprentices in the workshop ?!......They are still LEARNING !!!!!!!)

Have had a couple come through with wind whistle at that speed due to insufficient sealer around the WINDSCREEN. Wont cause it to leak, just makes a heck of a noise at 100kph. Reseal the baby & its ALL GOOD !!!!

There are MANY different tyre BRANDS avaliable out there. Contact your local FORD DEALER as many now have TYRES IN THEIR RANGE OF PRODUCTS. I have heard some GREAT reports about CONTINENTAL tyres & G.T RADIALS. You never never know if you never never go !!!!!!

It couldnt be yours Rob, .... there is no HERROD Exhaust, Suspension or Sure-shift & I certainly cant see evidence of A UNICHIP management or VORTEX supercharger fitted ?!!! What was she putting out at the rear wheels..............!!???? HA HA HA !!!

Being a Herrod Motorsport Dealer & Tyre dealer I have seen first hand the results of lowering cars without correctly setting wheel alignment. You MUST set your wheel alignment correctly & the wheel alignment on the B.A's MUST be damn close to exact or you will get vibrations through the car & you WILL scrub tyres. As some of you know the tyres arnt cheap & for the long term investment, do yourselves & your dealer a favour - Go for the Castor/Camber kit - it is THE ONLY WAY you will get your wheel alignment correct when lowering your B.A.

Guys, having tested a range of vehicles with different chips /computers, I have to say that the UNICHIP is the neatest & most reliable option as well as being the least detectable. I would highly recommend these options in 280 & 330 kw form. And for those worried about Warranty issues - as a wise man once said - IF YOU ARE THAT SCARED -DONT DO IT ! There a lot of things that need to be taken in to consideration with modifying a new car these days & YES I have been blind in the past - but can now see the LIGHT !! There are no 2 ways about it - if you want to modify a BAXR6T you must take the LOGICAL & EDUCATED approach. Having spent a lot of time looking at different products & talking to diffferent people in ALL areas of the industry, If you take the UNEDUCATED & CHEAP approach you will not achieve what you set out to do. Take the time to scan the Forums, use the information avalaiable to you & If you are unsure - ASK THE QUESTION !! - Nothing worse that spending all your money on somewthing that wont work ! Sounds like an accelerator pedal problem - have had other issues with throwing engine lights up on the dash as well - has this happened to you ??

Look at getting the wheel alignment checked. You will probably find the Castor adjustment is out of Spec. I have seen a few of these.

It seems like there is a few people in the same situation. I'm sure if there was an issue out there with valve springs, Ford would be aware & would be looking at a way to rectify it. We all know that the BA is overall one of the best mass-produced vehicle's that Ford has EVER built and, as in the past, we must all have confidence in the manufacturer to address all issues with the urgency & professionlism they deserve. I would definately contact your local dealers if you are experiencing the same things as those noted in the Forum, so they can keep their files updated & address the issue as required in the future.
