These are pretty common, Lenso D1R 20x8.5 +35 and 20x10 +42. Bilstein shocks, King SSSL front and King 68SP4 rear. The rears are meant to be 10mm lower than SSSL, I changed to them to remove some forward rake due to the tyre profiles (245/30 and 275/30) but there's still some rake. There's good clearance to the guards, the rear control blades and the front spindles. Nice straight forward fit. Cheers
Sorry guys..just saw this thread. Ok..been doin my head on this. I'm currently on 19x10 +35. 275/30. Bit of stretch on the tyre which helps it just..and I mean just clear the guard by about 2mm. That gives me about 12mm clearance to the control blade on the inside. Oh have to mention I'm on sssl kings 20x10 +40 will see run 285 easily with 7mm control blade clearance. The 285's will be pretty much straight up and down in the sidewalk department and give you the clearance you need for the guard. KPM and the like are running 295's requiring control blade modes. . Dazed and confused.. Lol
Offset is +40 on JDs wheels... 20x10 with +38 will be good on an FG... I have 20x10 with 275 and +38 on a BA (rolled guards). Might try 295/30/20 next time... Definitely 285 min...
Looking at the following (if my understanding of offsets is correct) but want to make sure they will fit and look good. 20x8.5 +30 front with 245's 20x9.5 +38 rear with 275's Can you fit a 20x10 with a 285 under the ass?
Depends on if you want legal? How far do you want them to sit inside the guard? 18's will still grip pretty average unless you run a 275+ rear tyre... So a rim 9.5 to 10.5 inches wide... I run 20x10 with 275/30/20 continentals and they grip MUCH better than any 18 inch 245/40/18 I have had on my car!!!
