I'm looking at bigger coolers but the aircon lines are in the way on my BF. Has anyone successful moved them without cutting or re-gassing? Why they mounted them there I have no idea. Do they bend or just crack and snap?

I have a bf and ran into the same issue. My cooler core is 600x300x100. I just bent them with the largest possible radius until it almost kinked and then stopped there.

You will kink them if you aren't careful.

Sorry no pic right now cos I cbf taking the bumper off.

Options are; Cut and shut, bend it or do nothing at all.

My intercooler fits and my aircon works.

Ignore old mate and his helpful comment.

anything (that's a model specifically for your Falcon) will fit if you're willing to cut some metal away :spoton:

Get your measuring tape out man and see what you reckon.

100mm won't fit and 600mm won't fit either unless you get creative. Edit: Remember to include the extra length of the tanks, 600 is only the core length.

Mine did not fit to start with. It fit's now though :wwww: I only used it cos I had it there otherwise I may have done things differently.

If money isn't an issue just pm @JETURBO and ask him if he won't mind sorting you out with a quality bolt in kit. I'd do that in a second but my mod budget was spent by the end of January or so :tear2:
