I've made some stronger brews.

 

I used dark ale and real ale and added about 2.5kg of dextrose.

 

Edit: 13% ginger beer would have anyone rolling on the floor in no time

Not a hard choice - bottle of crap red (750ml) or bottle of ginger beer (1.25l) - same price, same %Alc.

you're just wrong... one post can reply to multiple people on multiple topics; that's why the quote box fills the whole post box and it clearly separates your thoughts/replies. So please take your ideas of how a forum should run and run a forum for yourself, elsewhere This forum has always not allowed double posting and over-quoting, well before I even joined. You're just lucky I've excluded your posts from the merging script for now haha.

10 mins is more than enough... you've got as long as you want in terms of formatting everything in the reply box. The edit time is to fix mistakes or to reply to more people if they happen to post in the time that you're sorting out your post in the reply box.
