Hi, have a stock G6ET,  I'd like to get it up to a min of 300rwkw on 98 pump gas (that's all we get up to in NZ).

What mods would typically achieve this?  My tuner is coming back to me but has so far said injectors (what size?), fuel pump, process west intercooler (size?).  He also said to replace the plastic piping for reliability.

What would you recommend?

Cheers for your help.

Dump and Cat replacement would be necessary.I think you guys over there just like punching em out back in the day so that works too.

That should see high 200s and if lucky 300s

Pink line shows similar mods to what you are saying and the black was after turbo back exhuast

There is a pretty detailed thread here somewhere on beginner mods to the fg and how its commonly done to achieve that type of figure.cant find  cause on phone and supposed to be working

Well when I did mine, I did mine at Kpm Motorsport in Adelaide,  I got the 700hp OEM intercooler kit from plazman , 1000cc Bosch Kpm injectors, sct flash tuner, twin submerged fuel pumps, custom stainless steel 4" turbo back exhaust system from exhaust tech, Kpm race air intake, turbo delete pipe and cast aluminum throttle body inlet from plazman and a tune.... went from 240rwkw to 333rwkw / 930nm
