hrick Member 210 Member For: 14y 4m 13d Posted 18/07/15 10:57 PM Share Posted 18/07/15 10:57 PM Mine had some movement, but I didn`t know how much was within limits, but excess movement had caused the fins to scrape against the housing scoring it (slightly), in the end the turbo sounded really bad when spooling up (it was on its way out, the sound of a dying turbo :( I got a new core, all good now with Earls fitted, & after that, now have oil/air transmission fitted...I learn a costly lessen).
