Is the APS III avalible yet? If not when is it "released" for sale?

Phase III systems will be available by mid march, we wanted to ensure that the system continued to comply to ADR 79/00 emission standards before releasing the product. We should have the emmision test data later this week and all going to plan phase III product will start flowing early in march.

I think I will wait another 5 years before I consider the APS packages. I found a good thread relating to what I want to know, so I'll be reading that for a couple of days :D

...If your worried about your warranty then don't get it. I know I am, so will wait for the expirary. Not gonna wait for Phase 1 though when the plug in comes out.

This above comment is something I can never understand!

If you mod your car and something breaks your warrantys gone, so you will have to pay for the repair yourself. If you wait till after the warranty period is up and something breaks you will still have to pay for it yourself.

So, what's the idea behind waiting until your warranty is up before you do any mods, it won't make any difference, in either case if it breaks you have to pay for it to be fixed.

I'm only speaking in the overall sense of warranty, I don't want to get into the finer details of warranty like, if I mod my car and the water pump O ring leaks is it still covered type of situation.
