yeah bud just running the gearbox in, taking it easy for first 1000km on stock zf file then Joe will put his own file in.

Done 400km so far, getting there. At this rate I will be able to make it to WSID next wednesday

Buying 17"rims and radials are a bit pricey for me at the moment , going out on street tyres , I'm more interested in the MPH at this stage

Mph isn't all that it's cracked up to be. Et is where it's at. Mph is just proving your power.... Nothing to prove IMO

Use a set of tyres from the shop.

Also your power level and street tyres is silly. Asking for trouble!

I did 11.0 on these tyres with same power level, not silly at all, just can't stall it up too much

More street cred if I can crack a 10 on a proper street tyre

But if you use radials you can't really claim a 10second Streeter because it not in full street trim.

Same as MCM claiming a 11 second Streeter with a full stripped interior. It's a good number but you can't brag too much as it won't do it in its current street form

Yes it is more credible to do it on street tyres but that would then depend on what street tyres are used
