Diagnosing problems over a internet forum is like diagnosing problems over the phone

sure, sometimes its easy, very common, and we can give you a list of things to have a look at.

but a lot of the time you will need to take it to a mechanic so he can physically eyeball the car and have a look at it.

Go and see a tyre shop, get your wheels balanced (it wont cost you much) and see how you go. When they are on the balancer, any problems like bubbling in the tyres will quickly become evident.

I'd ask them(tyre shop) if there was any buckles or issues with balancing too.
I've had wheels balanced at one shop and wasn't happy with it so took the wheels to another shop to be balanced again. After paying I thought I'd ask if they balanced up ok, only to be told one wheel had a slight buckle but they managed to get the balance very close(a lot better than the first shop).
