Hey all.Just wondering what most GT,s are running down the 1/4 with just a tune and filter?

Hi Torque are tuning mine on Wednesday and I will probably run it down the track as soon as I can chase up some Street MT,s

They told me I should expect around 360-380rwkw

sounds good mate. your car will be in good hands at Hi Torque mate. iv have a mate with a GT335 did tune & K&N with Hi Torque went 369rwks. he very happy. but has not run it down at willowbank..

I recall XFT getting an 11.7 tune only back when they were new. Basically the best time my own XR6T could do with a proper 60 footer...and I spent over 5k on mods including XCAL and labour. Great value those Miamis.

Yeah.I would expect around a high 11 with that power and some decent rubber.Im interested to see what it can do as my old 315rwkw XR6T did high 11,s at 118-120mph.

How does it drive following the tune ?. Blown away by the difference?. What has altered in the way that it drives ?

Hi Guys I'm looking for a FG GT or GS to buy. I'm wondering all the dyno numbers and track numbers aside, how would a 5.0L with Intake, Injectors and Tune drive like compared to a F6 with same Mods. I know Turbos are more efficient so could there be a chance that an F6 with similar mods could give better midrange power. Perhaps somebody who's driven both of these cars could chip in.

Got the car back from the tuners.Baseline stock run was 300rwkw.Tuned run was 335rwkw.WTF

Car doesn't feel any different to drive.

Going by others they seem to yield bigger gains then 35rwkw with a tune and filter.I might go and run it up on Elites dyno and see what they think...

So any update on what happened? Have you taken it elsewhere and got answers?

Yeah all sorted mate.Ended up with 350rwkw with a retune.Made a huge difference over the last tune.It hauls arse now.
