I went to Pedders Suspension Midvale, they did a good job, time will tell.

Gave me a print out of factory specs, where my ute was and where it is now.

you can get a camber/castor kit for about $600 fitted I believe.

I believe its a combination of both soft bushes and alignment. They both can cause it and the only way of knowing is to get it up on the hoist and check it all. Also check the alignment in degrees on each angle and I think you will be one step closer to finding the reasoning behind it.

My car used to wear the inners all the time but since changing the bushes to super pro and fitting a camber kit, and had it correctly aligned it wears the tread perfectly across the whole surface

how much to get front bushes done? I could probably do labour if no special tools required, whats the purchase price of these things?

what am I supposed to look for if I hoist it up?

Control arm bushes, mainly the lower ones.

Sure, you can get a wheel alignment, but that is done when the car is stationary. When the car is moving and braking, the control arms move (ie worn bushes) and the camber goes out (ie inner tyre wear).

Front uca's are easy as just call wholesale for them the lcas can be a swap out item with wholesale too.

Not nearly as easy of a job as the uca's but doable. I wouldn't pay someone to do it but that's me.

Front bar off job + some other annoying chit but again doable. No real special tools needed maybe just a long extension bar to crack the nuts they are FT.

I had wear very similar to yours, probably a bit worse. Did lower and upper arm bushes myself. Fixed the problem 100%. Easy enough job. Will need a press, and mark the cross member before you loosen the bolts to get the arms out. A spare pair of hands helps with getting the lower arms back in but I did do mine myself, just involved lots of cursing and a few dummy spits.

is it front wheel problem only? should I also do rear wheel bushes ?

Depends if the rear tyres are wearing chit too?

Have you got the print out from the most recent wheel alignment, you could probably post it up and some guys while be able to analyse it for you and see if the alignment needs fixing.

I have about 5 wheels alignments from different places, and wasn't until the last one after spending 3 hours got it bang on! I still get inner tyre wear cause the camber I run being so low but I just strip and swap tyres when they start to wear unevenly and that generally get's me by.

Also you sure you only done 8000kms on those tyres, looks like a lot more, even looking at the outside edege

ye mate, bought the car at auction at 100k and its now 108k, came with brand new tyres. My driving style has worn it down even more, also doesnt help that the front has brembos which makes the inner edged wear out faster. Wheel alignment shop didnt give me a printout

Like weaponxr aleady mentioned, I too did upper and lower bushs + a camber/castor kit and wear is now even.
