stock fg turbo auto sedan. Only asking because fuel economy seems to be sh*thouse even when driving like an old grandma. Sometimes when I floor it , power doesn't really seem to come on. When driving the car like it's stolen, theres some popping on deceleration in manual mode

Once or twice I heard a loud bang from the exhaust, hope cat isnt f*ck'd

Apparently stock they purposely run rich due to a combination of things so ford meets all the standards and safety and what not, a simple tune should help your car mate

Um no.....they don't run that rich stock. Infact they mostly run closed loop (stoich). Most tuners run them leaner at WOT. Listen to ratter....go back to your tuner for a discussion / advice or datalog with your xcal3 yourself.

would ford be able to help out/reflash car? got it booked in on monday for replacement of all 3 rear bushes n sealing the diff hat as its leaking oil, bloody charging 600bux for it.

warrenty? I wouldnt be paying 600 for their f#ck up. they will beable to reflash but they will want $$$ for it. any mechanic with a decent scantool can reset ecu's, we usually do stuff like that for free as its a 5min job. whats your avg consumption at?. can also dissconect/reconnect the battery, that can reset the memory.
