That heat shield is great. Just add ones to protect the master and clutch cylinder. You got no choice but to put an ally reservoir but I have seen a setup somewhere where they completeley got rid of that reservoir and used what I think was a radiator cap/overflow setup.

With my ally heat shield, I got high temp silicon flexible heat shield material (the one with silver foil on one side and red on the other) and glued it onto my ally sheet with red high temp silicon just in an attempt to reduce heat.

That tubular manifold is a good design. The location of the turbo allows a nice, relatively straight path (compared to high mount) exit for the exhaust.

Cheers Trana, I've covered the oil feed, coolant feed, rear coolant hoses, clutch line in Turbosmart heat sleeving. The dump and gate pipe is not wrapped in fiberglass.....reckon I should?

Mmmm no wrappage then! Racing Dynamics in Perth fabricated the dump and gate pipe.

I have seen a really really sexy heat shield made by ProFile Autosports over east, so I'm going to try and copy that!
