As said by pretty much everyone above, by time you spend $500 or so on a cheap brand cooler go a good brand. Hdi is good for your power goals but they hang very low, all the other good brands sit about the same as stock. Best value for money would be the rapid cooler but there are many process west and plazmaman fans on here
