What are they called ? Do they come in different colours or just that one with the chrome lip?

Also what spring should I get to make it drop a bit more for looks, but no scrape on everything?

ssl will not look nearly low enough on 18's. Problem with smaller wheel is that when you lower it you can tuck the tyre into the guard aswell as 19's or 20's but the car sits lower to the ground and you get problems with speed humps. It'll all be dependent on your rims. Choose your rims and then go from there cause depending on your tyre size, offsets etc will determine how low you can go before needing to lip your guards and stuff
