How the hell did you sell it running in limp mode???

So far as follows repaired and replaced

1. New 02 sensor

2. New Cam angle sensor and wiring as it was burnt out from the sensor about 3 inches

3. Transmission removed and solinods replaced, then removed again and old solinods put back in as done the same fkd up thing was told tranny is in new condition nothing wrong with it.

4. New EPC unit and fuses

5. Took it to a Ford work shop with no answers at all.

6. Took to another work shop with no idea???

7. Took to 2 x electricians with no idea just guessing

8. Its booked into another electrician on Wednesday who thinks he can sort it out................blah blah blah

Faults that remain in this purple lemon are

P0230} Fuel pump primary circuit

P0753} Shift Solenods A

P0758} > B

P0763} > C

P0768} > D

well I finally have my ute back home so in total repair cost, I spent almost $3500, she is fixed and all the running around and buying new parts she didnt need as the problem was the ECU and she now has a new one that cost me $1650.

hi I only got her home today and I always planned to come back and let everyone who tired to help me out know what was wrong with her :) there was just to many things that can send them into limp mode and NO ONE in Dubbo could! not even FORD with all their high teach sh*t, in the end it came down to a man named Trevor Wilson in Narromine, who went above and beond to try and work it out, and he found it to be the ECU that was causing the problem and after all his work test everything and having it for a few days he charged me $80.This is a true honest man xx. so I hope this does helps the next poor soul who has this problem xx <3

Wow just the $80. You're laughin! Good to drop a name for someone who helped you out so much too. Good on ya!

Did he happen to mention what the ECU was actually doing to make it do that stuff?
