Took about 30 odd turns to get there though.. LOL Well same problem still there. I noticed oil spurted out of both galleries when I was cranking it over without the solenoids in place. I change the oil every 5000kms but have let it go as far 9000kms once or twice... I'm thinking its gotta b the vcts but I just don't know y they'd b farked again

Try swapping them over and test drive it if it changes codes then you will know. Also the CMP sensor on the exhaust does get hot and can sometimes be at fault
