Left foot on brake and hit the throttle hard. It will spin straight away. Red line then straight into 2nd. Red line then straight ino 3rd then release foot off brake so you get out of the water.I think manually changing close to the redline can increase the risk of hitting the rev limiter which as we know is no good for the oil pump gears, doing a burnout in Drive will do the job fine.
