I think you will find that you need a bit more boost to run the numbers your after. You shouldnt need an actuator at that power range on a FG neither.

Mine runs 13psi and currently makes 310rwkw, by the same tuner. It's best run was 315rwkw. I use the standard actuator.

I run the Venom bolt up cat, factory F6 injectors, PWR stepped cooler, coolerworx pipe kit & SS Growler. This combo has been proven to deliver 300rwkw time after time on FG.

If unhappy mate, go back. You would not meet easier guys to deal with and I'm sure they will work through it with you.

The green shows stock

the pink is cooler and injectors only

the black is cooler,injectors and exhaust

The smaller turbo does run out in the top end and not having the turbo mods wont help this and boost does fade.

I dont know about "making it with ease" as with whats been said before, all dynos are different

what did your tuner say?

But yours spikes closer to 14 initially then tapers to about 12.3 at peak power. 1 to 1.3 extra lb of boost can make a difference and so can the restictor ring if they left it in after fitting the hi flow cat.But as they say ,all cars are different.

yeah I'm going back this week To get a 4inch dump an cat hopefully it will sort everything out

LOL, he only made 280rwkw's, not having a laugh at you James, just the other two that didn't read the topic right....

A lot of tunes including mine, peak at a certain psi, then tapper off to lower boost, its mainly due to stock actuators or they way the tuner has tuned it, to give a bit off a rush at the start...

Not too sure whats holding it back, it should be making a bit more, have a look in the 300rwkw section and see what other FG's have done, I haven't heard of the dump thing though...

On a serious note I'd be checking to see if that restrictor ring is still in there.

Honestly a 4" dump is overkill with the little turbo if that's what your staying with.Better would be one of Venoms dump & cat assy or maybe a 3.5 " dump and cat.
