Kristovic Member 8 Member For: 13y 7m 9d Posted 02/03/12 10:30 AM Author Share Posted 02/03/12 10:30 AM I bought the exhaust 2nd hand so cant get a refund.Just for a laugh I put the exhaust on today and at this stage (stock) the car feels faster and has a nice note! what power level could the exhaust handle?spoke to my local exhaust guy and hes going to take a look at it and see if it can be made 3.5" if not hes got a twin 2.5" pacemaker system that was taken off an fg. is that any good to me?thanks for all the reply's tis my 1st post. It is still running the stock tune and we dynoed it with the 3" cat back just to make sure AFRs were ok and it hit 182rwkw, AFRs were fine as well. I have been told by tuners that if you have the right intake mods, tune, injectors, etc you should be able to hit 300rwkw with this exhaust, my understanding is that having this exhaust restriction should help prevent over boost if this is the power level your after. If you want to go more than this though (you said 350rwkw) you will need to go bigger and probably have to think about mods to control your boost ie flapper mod. As per the other posts mate, if the muff/s are 3" also it's a waste of time. You can get an xforce cheap as chips for b series. I'd be cutting my loses and go with that.
